  • Trenton, New Jersey - Real Estate

Trenton is the capital city of the U.S. state of New Jersey, as well as the county seat of Mercer County. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 85,403.

Real estate prices in the area have increased considerably in the past few years, with the median home now costing $243,100, or somewhat higher than the national average.

This makes Trenton a difficult market to enter for most buyers, especially those coming from cheaper parts of the country. There are, however, still some relatively good bargains to be found in the form of foreclosed properties and discount realty listings.
